Man, they made me feel right at home. Breakfast in my room—dope! Got a fridge with cold milk waiting outside too. Love how it’s close to the shops and the views of the High Street was fly! The bed? Mad comfy. Only tricky part was some noise from the street, but I slept fine anyway.

compact family room, well-stocked mini fridge, convenient shower facilities
Navigating the two flights of stairs can be a hassle for anyone with mobility issues!!! Seriously, having a more accessible option would be a huge improvement!!! Also, the lack of nearby parking made things quite tricky!!!

We had a lovely 2-night stay with our two little kids at this cozy B&B. The breakfast choices were fantastic, filling us up with fresh fruit and poached eggs. Plus, the attention from Steve & Glenn made us feel super welcome throughout our time.
For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly activities nearby.

I stayed in a single room and it was super comfy. The bedding was soft, and the room was clean and cozy. I loved having a mini fridge right outside my door with fresh water and milk! Breakfast delivered to my room was such a treat. Just a few stairs to my room but it was no big deal. Really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely book it again!

I had a lovely stay in a stylish room with a super comfy bed and fantastic quality linen. Enjoyed lounging in the cozy common area and had a blissful tea time on the garden patio. Just a bit of street noise at night, but it didn’t bother me much. Definitely try the breakfast. it was scrumptious! 😊

Staying for two nights in a beautifully decorated room with a stunning view of the high street was a highlight. The breakfast, delivered right on time, featured a delicious full English spread along with some delightful vegan options. However, street noise could be somewhat disruptive at night, and parking was a little tricky due to machine issues nearby. Yet, the attentiveness of the hosts made the experience worthwhile.

great stay with some minor room improvements
The breakfast was truly exceptional, with a delightful Full English option that set a great tone for the day. The fridge outside the room was very convenient for keeping drinks cold, although having it in the room would have been preferable. I found the location ideal, close to all main attractions but surprisingly quiet at night, making for a restful sleep.
However, finding parking was somewhat tricky due to inconsistent machine functionality nearby.

The Overlook Bed And Breakfast is a gem! I stayed in a Single Room with Private Bathroom, and it was beautifully decorated with a super comfortable bed and luxurious linen. Breakfast was delivered right on time and was absolutely delicious, including avocado on toast and a full English spread! Steve, the host, was exceptionally attentive and brought my breakfast with a smile every morning. The mini fridge outside my room with fresh milk and water was a lovely touch too!
A bit noisy at night.
